On vehicles so equipped, control A is used to correct the beam height according to the load.
Turn control A downwards to lower the headlights and upwards to raise them.

When driving on the left with a right-hand drive vehicle (or vice versa), it is essential to adjust the headlights temporarily for the duration of your stay.

Temporary adjustment
Open the bonnet and locate the marking B near one of the front headlights.
For each headlamp, using a screwdriver-type tool, turn adjuster screw 1 a quarter turn towards - to lower the beams.
Return to the original setting after the trip: turn screw 1 a quarter turn towards + to raise the beams.
