Roof bars
To set the bars to the crosswise position

Unclip levers 1.
Lift the bars high enough so they can pivot (figure A).
Lock the bars in the crosswise position (figure B).
Make sure they are properly locked.
Maximum load on each roof bar: 40 kg evenly distributed (80 kg on the 2 roof bars)

It is strictly forbidden to set the roof bars to the crosswise position (carrying position) when the vehicle passes through a car wash with roller brushes.

To slide the bar

You can slide roof bar 2 closer to or further away from the other bar (figure C).
There are two positions: middle or rear.
When the bar is unlocked, pull it towards the front or rear of the vehicle to slide it along rail 3. Once the desired position is selected, pivot the bar and lock it in the crosswise position (figure D).
Make sure both bars are properly locked.
