The equipment described below depends on the vehicle version, options and country.

Washer fluid low level warning light Top up as soon as possible.

Charging indicator light See the "charging" section in chapter 1.

Airbag warning light It comes on when the ignition is switched on and goes out after a few seconds.

If it does not come on when the ignition is switched on, or if it flashes, it indicates a system fault.

Consult a RENAULT dealer as soon as possible.

6 Traction system or battery temperature warning light If it comes on while driving, stop as soon as safely possible, taking traffic conditions into account.

Do not switch off the ignition. Let the traction system cool down before setting off again. Consult a qualified RENAULT technician as soon as possible.

It comes on steady orange in the following cases:

• traction battery temperature too high.
• intensive use of the traction system. Vehicle performance is limited.

In all cases, reduce your speed.

If this light comes on together with the STOP light, stop and contact a RENAULT dealer as soon as possible.

If this light comes on together with the SERVICE and electronic fault lights, it indicates a fault in the traction system. Contact a RENAULT dealer as soon as possible.

6 Traction battery low water level warning light If it comes on, contact your RENAULT dealer.

• Flashing: topping up with water required. Steady: topping up with water essential.

In both cases the SERVICE light comes on.

9 Immediate STOP warning light It goes out as soon as the vehicle is ready to drive.

It comes on together with one of the following lights:

Anti-theft system light

SERVICE warning light It comes on when the ignition is switched on, then goes out after a few seconds. If it comes on while driving, it recommends a visit to a RENAULT dealer soon.

It comes on together with the following lights:

9 Left turn indicator light

Right turn indicator light

Not used

Electronic fault warning light It comes on when the ignition is switched on.

• If it does not go out, it indicates a fault (faulty direction selector, etc.).
• If it comes on while driving, contact your RENAULT dealer.

9 Not used

12-volt battery charge warning light If it comes on alone while driving, it indicates:

• Low 12-volt battery voltage.
• A fault in this battery's charging circuit.

Contact a RENAULT dealer as soon as possible.

Heating operation indicator light

• Steady: heating in operation
• Flashing: heating programming

9 Parking brake and brake system fault warning light.
If it comes on when braking, it indicates a drop in fluid level in the brake circuits. It may be dangerous to continue driving; contact a RENAULT dealer.

10 Direction selector indicator lights See the "Direction selector" section in chapter 2.

11 Insulation fault warning light If it comes on, contact your RENAULT dealer.

Charging the vehicle is not recommended while this light is on.

11 Multifunction warning light Range extender engine start indicator (see the "range extender" section) or additional heater activation indicator (see the "additional heater" section in chapter 3).

End-of-range warning light It comes on steady below 10% range.
