Tool kit (Jack - Wheel brace...) / Wheel trim

The tool kit is located in the luggage compartment: lift the boot mat.

The tools supplied in the tool holder depend on the vehicle.

Wheel brace 1

Jack 2

When refitting, fold the jack correctly and position the wheel brace correctly before putting it back in its housing.

Wheel trim key 3

Used to remove the wheel trims.

Wheel bolt guide 4

Used to finish unscrewing or to start screwing in the wheel bolts.

Towing eye 5

Refer to the "Towing" section in chapter 5.

Never leave tools loose in the vehicle: risk of them being thrown forward during braking. After use, make sure to clip the tools into the tool kit and then position it correctly in its housing: risk of injury.

When wheel bolts are supplied in the tool kit, use these bolts only for the spare wheel: refer to the label on the spare wheel.

The jack is intended for wheel changes only. It must never be used to carry out a repair or to get under the vehicle.

Trim

Remove it using the hubcap tool 3, hooking it into the opening provided near valve 6 (to grip the metal clip).

To refit the hubcap, align it with valve 6. Press in the retaining clips, starting on the valve side B, then C and D, and finish with the side opposite the valve, E.

Note: if anti-theft wheel bolts are fitted, refer to the "Wheel Change" section.
