Rear lights (bulb replacement)

Five-door versions

Direction indicator/position and stop lamps

• Unclip the cover to access nuts 1 and 2;
• unscrew nut 2 without removing it completely;

The bulbs are pressurised and may burst when replaced.

Risk of injury.

• unscrew nut 1, push on it to release the front of the lamp (movement A), then remove the nut;
• from the outside, pull the lamp towards you (movement B);
• remove bulb holder 3 by unlocking clips 4.

Direction indicator lamp 5. Bulb type: PY21W.

Position and stop lamp 6. Bulb type: P21/5W.

Refitting

To refit, reverse the procedure, taking care not to damage the wiring.

Five-door versions (continued)

Fog/position and reversing lamps

• From the boot, unclip cover 7, then remove screws 8.

• Lower the boot lid, then pull lamp 9 rearwards to unclip it.
• Unscrew the bulb holder of the bulb concerned.

Reversing lamp 10. Bulb type: W16W.

Fog light/position light 11. Bulb type: P21/4W.

Three-door versions

• Unclip the access cover;
• unscrew nuts 12 and 13;
• from outside, remove screw 14, then pull out the light;
• remove the bulb holder by releasing clips 15;

The bulbs are pressurised and may burst when replaced.

Risk of injury.

16 Position light/brake light. Bulb type: P21/5W.

17 Turn signal light. Bulb type: PY21W.

18 Reversing light. Bulb type: P21W.

Rear fog light

Unscrew bulb holder 19 by turning it towards the centre of the vehicle, accessing it from below.

Bulb type: P21W.

Estate versions

Position/reversing and fog lights

• From the luggage compartment, unclip cover 20 (movement C), then remove the screws.
• Lower the luggage compartment, then pull light 21 rearwards to unclip it.
• Turn the bulb holder of the relevant light a quarter turn.

Position light 22. Bulb type: W5W.

Reversing light 23. Bulb type: P21W.

Fog light 24. Bulb type: H21W.

Refitting

To refit, reverse the procedure, taking care not to damage the wiring.

The bulbs are pressurised and may burst when replaced.

Position and brake lights / turn signal lights

• Unclip covers 25 to access the nuts;
• unscrew the 2 nuts;
• from outside, pull the light towards you;
• remove bulb holder 27 by releasing clips 26.

Position and brake light 28. Bulb type: P21/5W.

Turn signal light 29. Bulb type: PY21W.

Third brake light 30

Consult a Renault dealer.

Number plate light 32

• Unclip light 32 by pressing tab 31;
• remove the light cover to access the bulb.

Bulb type: W5W.

Side repeater lights 33

• Unclip repeater 33 (using a flat-blade screwdriver positioned in a D shape to tilt the repeater from the rear towards the front of the vehicle);
• turn the bulb holder a quarter turn and remove the bulb.

Bulb type: W5W.

The bulbs are pressurised and may burst when replaced.
