Tightening torques
nozzle nut 2 N.m

REMOVAL

  • Remove the front bumper cover (see Front Bumper Cover).

  • Remove the nut (1).
  • Extract the nozzle.

INSTALLATION

NEW BUMPER COVER SPECIFICS

Note: New bumper covers are supplied undrilled. To fit headlamp washer nozzles, drill along the pre-marking, preferably before painting.
  • Use a 3 mm drill bit for indexing (2).
  • Pilot drill the hole (3) for the nozzle.
  • Use a conical cutter to finish the hole.
  • Position the nozzle.
  • Tighten the nozzle nut to torque (2 N.m).
