This indicator light illuminates:

  • After you set the engine start/stop button to the ON position.
    - Illuminates for approximately 3 seconds, then turns off.
  • When there is a malfunction in the AFLS.

If there is a malfunction in the AFLS:

1. Carefully drive to a safe place and stop the vehicle.

2. Turn the engine off and restart it. If the indicator remains on, have your vehicle inspected by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.
