Front Door Window Glass Repair Procedures

Replacement

   Remove the front door trim. (Refer to Front Door - "Front Door Trim")

   After loosening the mounting screws, remove the front door belt inside the weatherstrip (A).

   Hold the power window switch down until the glass mounting bolt is visible in the plug hole.

   Be careful not to damage the glass surface.

   Loosen the mounting nuts (A) of the front door lower channel.

   Loosen the mounting bolt and lift the front door glass (B) while tilting it.

   Tightening torque: 7.8 ~ 11.8 N·m

   Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.

   Check that the glass operates normally. Inspect the glass channel for damage and replace if necessary. Adjust the window if necessary.
