Replacement

  1. Remove the rear door module. (Refer to Rear Door - "Rear Door Module")
  2. Disconnect the rear door lock connector (A).
  3. Remove the rear door inside handle (A).
  4. Remove the rear door inside handle cable (A) by pushing it rearward.
  5. Remove the rear door outside handle base (A) by pressing the stopper pins at the rear.
  6. Remove the rear door outside handle cable (A).
  7. Install in the reverse order of removal.
    • Make sure the connector is properly connected.
    • Check that the door locks/unlocks and opens/closes properly.
    • Replace all damaged clips.
