Sunroof Reset

~1min read

The sunroof must be reset if the following occurs:

- The battery is discharged or disconnected, or the related fuse has been replaced or removed
- The one-touch sunroof slide function does not operate normally

Reset procedure:

1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position or start the engine. It is recommended to reset the sunroof with the engine running.

2. Push the control switch forward. The sunroof will fully close or tilt depending on the sunroof condition.

3. Release the control lever until the sunroof stops moving.

4. Push the control switch forward again and hold it for approximately 10 seconds.

- When the sunroof is in the closed position:
The glass will tilt and move slightly up and down.
- When the sunroof is in the tilted position:
The glass will move slightly up and down.

Do not release the switch until the operation is complete.

If you release the switch during the operation, restart the procedure from step 2.

5. Within 3 seconds, move the control lever forward until the sunroof operates as follows:

Tilt down → Slide to the open position → Slide to the closed position.

Do not release the switch until the operation is complete.

If you release the switch during the operation, restart the procedure from step 2.

6. Release the sunroof control switch after all steps are completed. (The sunroof system has been reset.)
