Interior light switch

The interior light switch has two or three positions.

Front interior light (hatchback) / Center interior light (4-door models)

This switch has three positions, with the following functions:

1. 1
   The light turns on and stays on regardless of the door position.
2. 2
   The light turns on when the door is open.
3. 3
   The light stays off, even when the door is open.

   

NOTE: The number of doors that activate the interior light depends on the vehicle specification. If there is a switch (rubber button) on the door edge as shown in the illustration, that door activates the light.

Front interior light (4-door model)

This switch has two positions. Moving it to the "ON" position turns the light on, and moving it to the center position turns it off.
