Both rear doors are equipped with child safety locks, as shown in the illustration. When the lever is in position 1, the lock is engaged, and in position 2, it is released.

When the child safety lock is engaged, the corresponding rear door cannot be opened from the inside, even if the inside lock is released. It can, however, be opened from the outside.

WARNING Always remember to move the child safety lock lever to the locked position whenever children are being carried.
