Carpet and Interior Upholstery Care
In this manual: Body
~1min read
Upholstery and carpets should be vacuumed regularly. If they are heavily soiled, remove them from the vehicle for cleaning or washing and dry them thoroughly before installation.
Seats and interior trim panels should be wiped with a damp cloth. If stains appear on the upholstery, remove them with a liquid detergent and a soft brush. Be sure to clean the head restraints regularly in the same way as the upholstery. When using liquid cleaners inside the vehicle, do not oversaturate the surfaces being cleaned. Excess moisture may remain in the seams and cause unpleasant odors in the interior.
