Lavado automático

Lave el vehículo en cuanto se ensucie. Cuanto más tiempo permanezca la suciedad, más difícil será mantener el vehículo limpio. También podría provocar daños en la pintura.

Washing your vehicle in an automatic car wash is a fast and easy way to keep your vehicle clean, but it does not reach all areas of the vehicle. Volvo recommends washing your vehicle by hand or supplementing automatic car washes with a hand wash.

   Before washing the vehicle, make sure that the automatic rain sensor is deactivated. If it is not deactivated and inadvertently starts, the wiper arms could be damaged.

   To help prevent damage from the automatic car wash machinery, make sure that the door mirrors are folded in, antennas retracted or removed, and any auxiliary lights secured.

   Entre en el túnel de lavado automático.

   Turn off the "Automatic Braking when Stationary" function using the button in the tunnel console.

• Turn off the "Automatic Parking Brake Application" function in the center display's Top view.
• Apague el motor girando el mando de arranque de la consola central en sentido horario. Mantenga el mando en esa posición durante al menos 2 segundos.

El vehículo ya está listo para el lavado automático.

Prueba de frenos

Pise ligeramente el pedal de freno de vez en cuando al conducir largas distancias bajo la lluvia o en nieve fangosa. El calor de la fricción ayudará a calentar y secar las pastillas de freno. Haga lo mismo después de arrancar el vehículo con tiempo muy húmedo o frío.
