Technical modifications

Certain guidelines must be followed when making technical modifications.

Any work on electronic components, their software, the wiring or the data transmission can cause malfunctions. Because the electronic components are networked, these malfunctions can also affect systems that are not directly involved. This means that the operating safety of your vehicle may be seriously compromised, certain vehicle parts may wear more quickly, and the certificate of conformity that permits the vehicle to be used on public roads may become invalid.

You will certainly understand that Audi cannot accept liability for damage resulting from improperly performed work.

We therefore recommend having work carried out at an Audi workshop and using only genuine Audi® parts.
