Only unleaded gasoline complying with EN 228 may be used.

Standardized alternative fuels containing up to 10% ethanol by volume may be used.

Use fuel with the recommended octane rating. Using fuel with too low an octane rating may reduce engine power and torque and cause a slight increase in fuel consumption.

Caution Using fuel that does not meet EN 228 or E DIN 51626-1, or an equivalent standard, may lead to deposit formation or engine damage and will void the warranty. Caution Refueling with fuel of too low an octane rating may cause malfunctions and even engine damage.
