Abrasive cleaners can scratch the glass and damage the rear window defogger grid lines.

• Do not clean the vehicle glass with abrasive cleaners.

This may reduce visibility.

Clean glass is less prone to glare and offers greater clarity.

Stickers can damage the rear window defogger.

• Do not attach stickers to the inside of the rear window.

This may reduce visibility.

Cleaning the Outside of the Windshield

Wax or other substances on the windshield or wiper blades may cause the wiper blades to chatter. Such materials may also interfere with cleaning the windshield.

Periodically clean the outside of the windshield with a non-abrasive cleaner.

Water will not collect on a clean windshield.
