Halogen bulbs contain pressurized gas. Special precautions are required when handling and removing halogen bulbs.

• Protect your eyes.
• Do not allow the bulb surface to rub or become scratched.
• Do not allow liquid to get onto a lit bulb without its housing.
• Turn the bulb on only after it has been installed.
• Replace defective bulbs.
• When replacing a halogen bulb, DO NOT TOUCH the glass parts of the bulb with bare hands.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Dispose of bulbs with special care. Bulbs may explode.
