The vehicle is designed primarily to carry people and luggage, but it may also be used to tow a trailer.

We recommend using CITROËN towbars and original wiring harnesses, which are approved and matched to the vehicle's design, and having them fitted at a CITROËN dealership or a specialist workshop. If the kit is fitted outside the CITROËN network, it must be installed strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Towing a trailer places increased loads on the towing vehicle and requires the driver's particular attention.
