ANSWER

SOLUTION

Route calculation fails. The navigation criteria may not match the current location (e.g. toll motorway avoidance while on a toll motorway). Check the navigation criteria in the "Navigation" menu.
POIs do not appear. No POIs have been selected. Select a POI from the POI list.
The audible alert for "Danger zones" does not work. The audible alert is not switched on. Switch on the audible alert in the "Navigation" menu.
The system does not suggest a detour around an incident on the route. The navigation criteria do not include TMC information. Select "Traffic info" from the navigation criteria list.
I receive a "Danger zone" warning for a road I am not travelling on. Off route, the system warns of all "Danger zones" within a certain range ahead of the vehicle. It may detect "Danger zones" on nearby or parallel roads. Zoom in on the map to see the exact location of the "Danger zones". Select "On route" to stop receiving warnings off route or to shorten the warning time.
Some traffic jams on the route are not displayed in real time. After starting up, the system needs a few minutes to read the traffic information. Wait until the traffic information has been fully read (traffic information symbols will appear on the map).
Filters are too restrictive. Change the settings.
In some countries, traffic information only covers main routes (motorways...). This is normal. The system only receives the traffic information that is available.
Altitude is not displayed. After the engine is started, the GPS system may take up to 3 minutes to correctly connect with more than 4 satellites. Wait for the system to fully start up so that GPS coverage includes at least 4 satellites.
Depending on the terrain (tunnel...) or the weather, GPS signal reception conditions may change. This is normal. The system depends on GPS signal reception conditions.
