SOLUTION |
| The reception quality of the radio station being listened to deteriorates, or the stored radio stations do not work (no sound, 87.5 MHz is displayed). | The vehicle is far from the transmitter of the station being listened to, or no transmitter is located in the region being travelled through. | Activate the "RDS" function using the shortcut menu, so that the system can check whether a stronger transmitter is available in the region being travelled through. |
| The surrounding environment (hills, buildings, tunnels, car parks, underground...) may prevent reception, including in RDS mode. | This is normal and does not indicate a fault in the radio. | |
| The antenna is missing or damaged (e.g. after an automatic car wash or in an underground car park). | Have the antenna checked at a CITROËN dealership. | |
| Some stations cannot be found in the list of available stations. | The station is no longer available or its name has changed in the list. | Press the system function "Update list" to update the list of receivable stations. |
| The name of the radio station changes. | Some radio stations transmit other information (e.g. song title) instead of their name. The system interprets this data as the station name. |
