iTPMS (indirect Tyre Pressure Monitoring System) (for versions/markets where provided)

The vehicle may be equipped with a tyre pressure monitoring system called iTPMS (indirect Tyre Pressure Monitoring System), which monitors tyre inflation levels using the wheel speed sensors.

This system warns the driver of low pressure in one or more tyres by illuminating the warning lightin the instrument cluster
and displaying a special message on the screen. If only one tyre has low pressure, the system may indicate which wheel is affected; however, it is recommended to check the pressure in all four tyres. Low pressure is also signalled after the ignition is switched off and the engine is subsequently started again, until the system reset procedure is performed.
