When Closing

The system stops when it detects an obstacle. An audible signal sounds, and the system reverses to open. Once you remove the obstacle, you can close the liftgate.

When Opening

The system stops when it detects an obstacle and an audible signal sounds. Once you remove the obstacle, you can continue operating the power liftgate.

Turning the Power Liftgate On and Off

You can turn the power liftgate on or off in the vehicle settings on your touchscreen.

When turned off, the liftgate only unlocks and will not open or close.
