  1. Open the liftgate.
  2. Stop the movement of the power liftgate by pressing the power liftgate control button when it reaches the desired height.
  3. Press and hold the power liftgate control button until you hear an audible signal indicating that programming is complete.

The new open liftgate height is used when the power liftgate is opened. To change the programmed height, repeat the procedure described above. Once the power liftgate is open, you can manually move it to a different height.

When operating the power liftgate after you have programmed a height lower than fully open, you can fully open the liftgate by manually pushing it up until it reaches the maximum open position.
