You can stop the movement of the power liftgate by doing any of the following:

  • Press the power liftgate control button.
  • Press the power liftgate button on the remote control twice.
  • Press the liftgate button on the instrument panel.
  • Move your foot under and away from the center of the rear bumper in one motion.*

*This method is only applicable to vehicles equipped with the hands-free feature.
