1. Raise the engine speed of vehicle B to a moderately high speed.

2. Start the engine of vehicle A.

3. Let the engines of both vehicles run for at least 3 minutes before disconnecting the leads.

CAUTION

When disconnecting the leads, do not switch on the headlamps instead of the rear window heater. The increased voltage will blow the bulbs.

Disconnect the leads in reverse order.
