A message appears in the information display when the remote control battery is low.

The remote control uses one coin-type three-volt lithium battery.

  1. Press the release button and pull the key blade outward.

  2. Insert a thin coin under the hidden tab behind the key blade head to remove the battery cover.

  3. Insert a suitable tool, such as a flat-blade screwdriver, in the position shown and carefully remove the battery.
  4. Install the new battery with the + side facing up.
  5. Install the battery cover and the key blade back in place.
