  1. Remove the protective cap.
  2. Insert the key and turn clockwise to unlock.
  3. Hold the towing hitch steady. Pull out the knob and turn it clockwise until it clicks.
Note: The red mark on the knob must align with the green mark on the hitch.
  1. Let the knob click into place. The towing hitch is unlocked.
Inserting the towing hitch

DANGER

The towing hitch can only be inserted when it is fully unlocked.

Note: Pull out the cover.
  1. Insert the towing hitch vertically and press it upwards until it engages.
Note: Do not keep your hand next to the knob.

Note: The green mark on the knob must align with the green mark on the hitch.

  1. Turn the key counterclockwise and remove it to lock the hitch.
  2. Remove the protective cap from the key handle and insert the cap into the lock.
