Airbag conducteur

The airbag deploys in severe frontal collisions or collisions up to 30 degrees to the left or right. The airbag inflates in a few thousandths of a second and deflates on contact with the occupant, cushioning forward movement.

The airbag does not deploy in minor frontal collisions, rollovers, or rear or side collisions.
