PART REMOVAL

Before starting work, first determine the cause of the malfunction, then determine which parts and assemblies must be removed or disassembled.

DISASSEMBLY

If the disassembly procedure is complex and requires removal of many parts, remove all parts carefully so as not to damage them, impair their function, or spoil their appearance.

1. Inspection of parts: After removing each part, inspect it for malfunction, deformation, damage, and other defects.

2. Sorting and arrangement of parts: Arrange all removed parts carefully to ensure correct reassembly later.

Make sure that parts to be replaced are correctly identified and separated from parts that will be reused.

3. Cleaning of parts for reuse: All parts to be reused must be carefully and thoroughly cleaned using an appropriate method.
