PARTS

When replacing parts, use only genuine HYUNDAI parts.

PART REPLACEMENT

Nominal values such as threaded connection tightening torques and basic adjustment parameters must be strictly observed for all parts during reassembly.

The following parts must be replaced with new ones whenever they are removed.

1. Oil seals

2. Gaskets

3. O-rings

4. Lock washers

5. Cotter pins

6. Plastic nuts

Depending on the location of the parts:

1. Apply sealant to the gaskets.

2. Apply oil to the moving parts.

3. Apply the specified oil or grease to the designated locations (oil seals, etc.) before assembly.

ADJUSTMENT

Use gauges and testers to adjust to the specified values correctly.
