To prevent fogging of the inside of the windshield

[A] : Type A, [B] : Type B

1. Select any fan speed except the "0" position.

2. Select the desired temperature.

3. Select theorposition.

4. The fresh air mode will be selected automatically. In addition, the air conditioning (if equipped) will operate automatically when the position is selected.position.

If the air conditioning and fresh air mode are not selected automatically, press the corresponding button manually.

To defrost the windshield from the outside

[A] : Type A, [B] : Type B

1. Set the fan speed to the maximum setting (knob turned fully clockwise).

2. Set the temperature control to the maximum temperature setting.

3. Select theposition.

4. The fresh air mode and air conditioning (if equipped) will be selected automatically.
