NOTE

For the best engine performance and component protection under all operating conditions, select engine oil that:

1. Meets the API classification requirements.

2. Has sufficient viscosity for operation until the next oil change within the expected temperature range.

CAUTION

Engine oils that do not meet the API classification requirements and do not have sufficient SAE viscosity are not recommended. The oil container must be marked as complying with the standards listed above.
