INSPECTION INTAKE MANIFOLD 1. Inspect the parts for cracks and damage.

AIR HOSES 1. Inspect the parts for cracks and damage.

INSTALLATION 1. Replace the intake manifold gasket with a new one and install the intake manifold in place.

2. Install the fuel rail together with the injectors.

Be careful not to drop the injectors when installing the fuel rail.

3. Connect the fuel injector wiring harness connector.

4. Install the intake manifold support bracket.

5. Connect the high-pressure fuel hose.

6. Connect the positive crankcase ventilation hose and the brake booster vacuum hose.

7. Connect the intake air hose to the throttle body.

8. Connect the accelerator pedal cable.

9. Connect the idle speed control actuator wiring harness connector and the throttle position sensor wiring harness connector.
