To open the cover:

WARNING

Keep cans or bottles away from direct sunlight and do not leave them in a hot vehicle. They may explode.

CAUTION

• Keep drinks covered while driving to prevent spilling your drink. If liquid spills, it may enter the vehicle's electrical/electronic system and damage electrical/electronic components.
• When cleaning up spilled liquids, do not dry the cup holder at high temperature. This may damage the chrome part of the cup holder.
