Replacement

  1. Remove the handle cover (B) by pressing the button (A) located at the bottom of the handle cover with a key or a flat-tip screwdriver.
  2. Remove the plug hole cover (B).
  3. Loosen the mounting bolt and remove the front door lock (A).

    Tightening torque: 6.9 ~ 10.8 N·m

  4. Remove the front door outside handle (A) by sliding it forward.
  5. Disconnect the front door outside handle connector (A).
  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
    • Make sure to install the outside handle escutcheon (A) between the outside handle and the door panel.
    • Make sure the connector is properly connected.
    • Check that the door locks/unlocks and opens/closes properly.
    • Make sure the handle is assembled without any gaps.
