Indicator Light

Electronic Stability Control (ESC) Indicator Light

This indicator light comes on:

• After you turn the Engine Start/Stop button to the ON position.
  - Illuminates for approximately 3 seconds, then turns off.
• If there is a malfunction with the ESC system, have your vehicle inspected by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.

This indicator flashes:

While the ESC is operating.

Electronic Stability Control (ESC) OFF Indicator Light

This indicator light comes on:

• After you turn the Engine Start/Stop button to the ON position.
  - Illuminates for approximately 3 seconds, then turns off.
• When the ESC system is deactivated by pressing the ESC OFF button.

Immobilizer Indicator Light

This indicator light comes on for up to 30 seconds:

• When the vehicle detects the smart key inside the vehicle with the Engine Start/Stop button in the ACC or ON position.

- At this time, you can start the engine.
- The indicator light turns off after starting the engine.

This indicator light flashes for several seconds:

• When the smart key is not inside the vehicle.

- You cannot start the engine at this time.

This indicator light comes on for 2 seconds and then turns off:

• When the vehicle cannot detect the smart key inside the vehicle when the Engine Start/Stop button is pressed.

In this case, have your vehicle checked by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.

This indicator flashes:

• When the smart key battery is low.

- At this time, the engine cannot be started. However, you can start the engine by pressing the Engine Start/Stop button with the smart key.

• If there is a malfunction in the immobilizer system.

In this case, have your vehicle checked by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.

Turn Signal Indicator Light

This indicator flashes:

• When you turn on the turn signal.

If any of the following occurs, there may be a malfunction in the turn signal system. In this case, have your vehicle inspected by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.

- The indicator light does not flash but stays on.
- The indicator light flashes much faster than normal.
- The indicator light does not come on at all.

Low Beam Indicator Light

This indicator light comes on:

• When the headlights are on.

High Beam Indicator Light

This indicator light comes on:

• When the headlights are on and the high beam position is selected.
• When the turn signal lever is pulled to the Flash-to-Pass position.

Smart High Beam Indicator Light

This indicator light illuminates:

• When the high beam is on with the light switch in the AUTO position.
• If your vehicle detects oncoming or preceding vehicles, the Smart High Beam system will automatically switch the high beam to low beam.

Light On Indicator Light

This indicator light comes on:

• When the tail lights or headlights are on.

Front Fog Light Indicator Light

This indicator light comes on:

• When the front fog lights are on.

Cruise Control Indicator Light

This indicator light comes on:

• When the cruise control system is turned on.

Cruise SET Indicator Light

This indicator light comes on:

• When the cruise control speed is set.

AUTO HOLD Indicator Light

This indicator light comes on:

• [White] When the automatic hold system is activated by pressing the AUTO HOLD button.
• [Green] When you bring the vehicle to a complete stop by depressing the brake pedal with the Auto Hold system activated.
• [Yellow] If there is a malfunction with the Auto Hold system. In this case, have your vehicle inspected by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.

SPORT/SNOW Mode Indicator

This indicator light comes on:

• When the "SPORT/SNOW" mode is selected as the drive mode.

Eco Mode Indicator Light

This indicator light comes on:

• When the "ECO" mode is selected as the drive mode.

WARNING

Do not look at the ECO indicator light while driving. It may distract you and cause an accident resulting in serious personal injury.

LKAS (Lane Keeping Assist System) Indicator

The LKAS indicator light comes on when you turn on the Lane Keeping Assist System by pressing the LKAS button.

If there is a problem with the system, the yellow LKAS indicator light comes on.
