Removal and Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable from the battery.
  2. Remove the engine cover.
  3. Remove the engine room cover. (Refer to Engine and Transaxle Assembly - "Engine Cover")
  4. Loosen the cooling fan mounting bolts, then remove the coolant reservoir (A) and disconnect the overflow hose (B).

    Tightening Torque: 4.9 ~ 8.3 N·m

  5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
