Inspection

Front Seat Heater
  1. Check continuity and measure the resistance between the terminals.

    Standard value (cloth/leather) Driver/Assistant (cushion + back): 1.63 ± 10%

  2. Turn on the seat heater after connecting the connector, and then check the thermostat by measuring the seat surface temperature. Standard value (cloth/leather) 1st: cushion: 36 ± 2 °C, back: 40 ± 2 °C 2nd: cushion: 39 ± 2 °C, back: 45 ± 2 °C 3rd: cushion: 42 ± 2 °C, back: 50 ± 2 °C
  3. Check continuity and measure the resistance between the terminals.

    Standard value (cloth/leather) Rear seat (cushion + back): 2.18 ± 10%

  4. Turn on the seat heater after connecting the connector, and then check the thermostat by measuring the seat surface temperature. Standard value (cloth/leather) 1st: cushion: 36 ± 2 °C, back: 40 ± 2 °C 2nd: cushion: 39 ± 2 °C, back: 45 ± 2 °C 3rd: cushion: 42 ± 2 °C, back: 50 ± 2 °C
