- The purpose of this function is to prevent the battery from discharging. The system automatically turns off the exterior lights when the ignition key is removed and the driver's door is opened.

- With this function, the parking lights are automatically turned off if the driver parks on the side of the road at night.

If necessary, to keep the headlights on after the ignition key has been removed, proceed as follows:

1) Open the driver's door.

2) Turn the parking lights off and on again using the switch on the steering column.
