This light illuminates when the immobilizer is engaged and the ignition switch is in the ON position to start the engine.

At this point, you can start the engine.

The light goes off when the engine is running.

If the light flashes when the ignition switch is in the ON position before starting the engine, it is recommended that the system be checked by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.

Low fuel level warning light

Indicates that the fuel tank is nearly empty. When it illuminates, add fuel as soon as possible. Driving with this warning light on or with the fuel level below "E" may cause engine misfires and damage to the catalytic converter (if equipped).
