~1min read

Filter Inspection

Replace the cabin air filter by following the maintenance schedule. If you drive in cities with high pollution or make long trips on dusty and rough roads, the filter should be checked more often and replaced before the specified interval expires.

Refer to the maintenance schedule for the replacement interval.

Filter Replacement

1. Open the glove box.

2. When the glove box is open, remove the stoppers.

3. Press both sides of the glove box as shown in the illustration. This ensures that the glove box stopper pins are released from their holders, allowing the glove box to hang on the hinges.

4. Remove the cabin air filter cover (2) by pressing or pulling the clip (1).

5. Replace the cabin air filter.

6. Install the components in the reverse order of removal.

Intelligent

Replace the cabin air filter correctly. Otherwise, the system may become noisy and the filter may lose its effectiveness.
