Scheduled Maintenance

Follow the normal maintenance schedule if none of the following conditions generally apply to the use of your vehicle. If one of the conditions applies, follow the maintenance schedule for severe driving conditions.

• Frequent driving over short distances.
• Driving on dusty or sandy roads.
• Excessive brake use.
• Driving in areas where salt or other corrosive materials are used.
• Driving on rough or muddy roads.
• Driving in mountainous areas.
• Extended periods of idling or slow driving.
• Extended driving in cold and/or very humid weather.
• More than 50% of driving time in heavy city traffic at temperatures above 32 °C.

If the vehicle is operated under any of the severe conditions listed above, check, replace, or top up the fluid levels more frequently than the intervals shown in the regular maintenance schedule. Observe the maintenance intervals as specified in the schedule, based on time or distance.
