Description

The A/C pressure sensor (APT) converts the high-pressure line pressure value into a voltage value after measuring it. Based on the converted voltage value, the engine ECM controls the cooling fan, operating it at high or low speed. The engine ECM stops compressor operation when the refrigerant line temperature is abnormally high or low to optimize the air conditioning system.
