Automatic Temperature Control Mode

The automatic climate control system is operated by setting the desired temperature.

For your convenience and improved climate control efficiency, use the AUTO button and set the temperature to 72°F (22°C).

1. Press the AUTO button (3).

The modes, fan speeds, air intake and air conditioning will be controlled automatically according to the temperature setting you select.

2. To select a different setting, turn the temperature control knob to the desired temperature. If the minimum temperature setting (Lo) is selected, the A/C system will operate continuously. Once the cabin has cooled sufficiently, adjust the knob to a higher temperature setting whenever possible.

To cancel automatic operation, select any of the following buttons:

- Mode selection button
- Windshield defrost button (Press the button again to deselect the windshield defrost function. The "AUTO" indicator will illuminate again.)
- Fan speed control button

The selected function will be controlled manually, while the other functions operate automatically.

NOTICE

Never place anything near the daylight/solar sensor to ensure better control of the heating and cooling system.
