Components and Component Location

Repair Procedures

DEPOSIT

  1. Turn the ignition key to the OFF position and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
  2. Remove the lower instrument panel. (Refer to Body - Instrument Panel)
  3. Remove the clutch master cylinder. (Refer to Clutch - Clutch Master Cylinder)
  4. Disconnect the ignition switch connector and clutch switch connector (A).
  5. Remove the clutch pedal by removing the bolt (C) and nut (B - 2 pcs).

    Tightening torque: 16.7 ~ 26 N·m N·m

REMEDY

  1. To install, perform the removal procedure in reverse order.
  2. Perform the air bleeding procedure at the slave cylinder after filling with brake fluid. (Refer to Clutch - Release Cylinder - Adjustment)
