Repair Procedures

DEPOSIT

  1. Remove the air duct and air cleaner assembly. (Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "Air Cleaner")
  2. Remove the fuel filter. (Refer to Fuel System - Fuel Filter)
  3. Disconnect the clutch pipe (B) from the regulator (A).(LHD)
    (DIRECT DRIVE)
  4. Remove the clutch pipe support bolts (A - 2 pcs).

    Tightening torque: 9.8 ~ 14.7 N·m

  5. Remove the pipe (A) from the concentric slave cylinder after removing the pin (B).
  6. Disconnect the clutch pipe (A) from the release cylinder (B).
  7. Remove the clutch tube from the vehicle.

REMEDY

  1. To install, perform the removal procedure in reverse order.
  2. Perform the air bleeding procedure at the release cylinder after filling with brake fluid. (Refer to Clutch - Release Cylinder)
