Locking

Closing:

1. Close all doors, the hood and the tailgate.

2. Press the door lock button (1) on the transmitter.

3. The doors lock and the hazard warning lights flash. The outside mirrors fold if the outside rearview mirror folding switch is in the AUTO position. (if equipped)

4. Make sure the doors are locked by checking the position of the lock button inside the vehicle.

WARNING

Never leave children unattended in the vehicle with the key.

They could insert the key into the ignition switch and operate the power windows or other controls, or set the vehicle in motion, and risk serious or even fatal injury.
