This indicator light comes on:

  • When the ignition switch is in the ON position, the Downhill Brake Control indicator light comes on for approximately 3 seconds and then goes off.
  • When the system is activated by pressing the DBC button.

This indicator flashes:

When the Downhill Brake Control system is operating.

This indicator illuminates in yellow:

Whenever there is a malfunction in the Downhill Brake Control system, have the vehicle inspected by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.
