Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) Warning Light

This indicator light illuminates:
- When the ignition switch is in the ON position, the EPB warning light illuminates for approximately 3 seconds and then turns off.
- Whenever a malfunction occurs in the EPB system. If the EPB warning light remains on while driving, have the vehicle inspected by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.
Information
The Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) warning light may illuminate when the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) indicator light illuminates, indicating that ESC is not operating properly. This does not indicate a malfunction of the EPB.
AUTO HOLD Indicator

This indicator light comes on:
- White: When you activate Auto Hold by pressing the AUTO HOLD switch.
- Green: When you stop the vehicle completely by depressing the brake pedal with Auto Hold activated.
- Yellow: Whenever a malfunction is detected in Auto Hold.
If the AUTO HOLD indicator remains YELLOW while driving, have the vehicle inspected by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.
